# Hardware support status

This page shows the device's feature that is working in [mainline linux](https://github.com/map220v/sm8150-mainline) kernel.

*\*As we all know, Mi Pad 5 has an active UEFI support, for both* [*Renegade*](https://github.com/edk2-porting/edk2-msm/tree/master/Platform/Xiaomi/sm8150)*'s UEFI and* [*Microsoft Project MU* ](https://github.com/Project-Aloha/mu_aloha_platforms)*support. Now the Linux 6.1 can be booted with the device tree and an initial ramdisk image(can be generated by `initramfs-tools` in Ubuntu or `mkinitcpio` in Arch), the mainline kernel can also boot, too.*

*\*\* Display refresh rate is now 120 Hz since Linux 6.7.*

*\*\*\*\* Forget this outdated word "OTG" please, since this is often related with device uses Micro USB port.*
